Maharani Chicken Rice in Klang

Another blur sotong day ...nothing much to eat at our housing area. Kinda want to have some Chinese food. Papa drove straight on.....by and by we arrived some where Meru/Klang.

A lot of Chinese stalls there but which one have good food? Look left look right...saw one house. Corner lot. Right opposite car repair shop.

Quite a lot of people "makan-ing" there. Must be something nice, right?

Okay stopped and parked the car. A closer look, it said Maharani Chicken Rice.

Chicken rice pun chicken rice la....Bit of cili for Papa and Mamarazzi.

Papa's favourite. Braised eggs...if not mistaken it was 80 sens each. Hmm not bad la considering nowadays Tea Eggs is selling RM1 each in KL.

Our plate of Chicken. Not bad....meat was not tough at all. Nice to eat.

Mamarazzi had Thai Style Chicken Claws a.k.a kerabu kaki ayam ...RM6. She like it coz it doesn't have cili padi. The cili topping here was not that fiery hot.

Order a small plate of Bean Sprout. RM2 I think. Mamarazzi was disappointed as it's normal bean sprout. Not the round type like those Ipoh ones. Taste okay la

The Chicken Rice comes with a bowl of vegetable soup each.

Funny thing.....coz Mamarazzi observed people at the next table were having their rice with dark soya sauce. She googled as she was typing this post and found that there are some posts where people eat the Chicken rice drowsed in dark sauce. Maybe it's a special way of eating this Maharani Chicken Rice?

Well, if you happens to be in the area and wanted to try out ..the shop is located at the junction between Jalan pekan baru 28 and Jalan Pekan Baru 29, Kawasan 17, Off Jalan Meru.
